18:30 – Boarding the Caravan for the BEACH JUMP


Wednesday

06:00 – Packing at the hotel – after spending 30 minutes removing all the sand from our canopies

07:20 – Getting ready to return to Roskilde

08:45 – 13000 feet over EKRK Roskilde Airport

09:45 Back at the office

Trip to Sunny Bornholm – a 1-day skydiving adventure Part 1/2

09:20 – Nico, Kim, Alice and myself arriving at the Sunny island of Bornholm

  • 1 sunny day off work
  • 1 Cessna 182 TRG
  • 1 smiling pilot
  • 4 happy skydivers
  • 4 tooth brushes
  • 1 service minded airport chief
  • MANY happy fellow skydivers at the local Skydive Bornholm dropzone
That was all Kim, Nico, Alice and I needed to experience the most wonderful 1-day adventure over the sunny island of Bornholm.I really don’t know where to begin telling this story, so I will let the images from our fantastic day out speak for themselves.


Tuesday


07:45 – Roskilde


09:20 – 13000 feet over Bornholm

Krølle Bølle 4 way team at DFU Open

Krølle Bølle – a brand new 4 way team from Skydive Bornholm were missing a camera man for the DFU Open. So I was on loan – with compliments from NEWS.

It was great to have 2 teams at the competition because it allowed me to get even more experience with 4 way from the Pink Skyvan.

Krølle Bølle averaged 7.4 points in the 5 rounds completed and this was honoured with the Gold Medal. Congratulations guys!
